12 year old Z2 dressage gelding

I hereby offer my 12 year old horse for sale.
It is a gelding of approximately 1.75cm.Westfalen, father Rock forever
In 2018 I bought Rocky as a fixer upper.In the beginning I had my hands full. . He got bloated and worked me off it for days on end. Over time we gained confidence in each other and things turned out well. Together we reached Z2 with winning points.
Forest rides, at the farrier, loading the trailer, in the stable, etc. are all going well. He can't jump.
In 2022 I decided to sell it. I sold it for a lot of money subject to the inspection. I had already had him examined from head to toe clinically and radiologically in 2018 and therefore expected no problems. During the inspection in 2022 it turned out that he had a heart murmur, an irregular heartbeat and cornage. I could have sold it for less money, but I kept it because I wanted to make sure it wouldn't fall down spontaneously. I had him completely checked out by a cardiologist from Belgium in 2022 and had a follow-up check-up in 2023. The conclusion is that he is not bothered by the heart murmur, the cornage and the irregular heartbeat. I have reports of this too. Of course it is a risk.
In the meantime, I have continued to train Rocky until the winter of 2023. Beginning passage and piaffe is complete and the series around the step and each step have also been confirmed. Because I had to ride my 4 year old during the winter, I put Rocky out in the meadow at my house to pick him up again around this time after I would have sold the 4 year old. Since I am now very happy with the 4 year old, I have decided to look for a nice new home for Rocky because my ambition is not higher work.
Rocky has not been ridden for six months now and must first be picked up slowly again. . That's why I can't imagine him under saddle now. I also don't want him to be tried under saddle by the new buyers. I think this risk is too great. Rocky needs a certain rider with some experience, otherwise it won't turn out well.
