10 year old (breeding) mare

Sweet willing to work but very sensitive (breeding) mare of 10 years is looking for a 5-star house. Nola is a sweet, willing to work mare with a spicy character. Due to her not so nice past and hypersensitivity, a horse with instructions for use, but if you understand this and listen carefully to her, she will trust you in no time and she will go through fire for you. Unfortunately, she was diagnosed with osteoarthritis at the beginning of last year, because of this and her character she is not a horse to get on and ride away. She has been treated for the osteoarthritis and with the right training she is still great to ride. She has 3 good basic gaits and masters some side gaits (give way, shoulder-in, transgression...). She is also well trained from the ground up (single and double lung, ground work, working in hand and long line), this is also where she gets the most pleasure from and really works with you. She can go outside together and alone, although she is only a bit more nervous on the outside ride, but if you can guide her well, she is also very good. Nola also had a foal and would therefore be ideal as a broodmare. She has recently been dewormed, vaccinated and visited the dentist. I'm looking for a house for Nola where she can work a lot from the ground, because this will make her the happiest and especially listen carefully to what Nola indicates and respond to this.
