Easy to ride and accessible star sport-dressage (Z2) KWPN mare just 14 years old 1.67m (ancestors Sandro Hit and Ferro).

Fylou is an honest, down-to-earth and handsome dark brown star mare. She can move very well in the arena and ring with a lot of grace and flexibility. Even though I learn a lot from her, she is still a bit too much for me as a recreational rider overambitious. For a rider from L level who is looking for a teacher and/or also wants to participate in dressage competitions or transition pony – horse is Fylou is a nice horse. She can do something when getting on impatient and she wants to get started.

She is easy to ride and stands lightly to the helpers, you just have to think about what you want to do and she goes into the movement in a very controlled manner. She is also very soft in her mouth and you hardly need to touch her to give her pressure to drive her in a nice and compliant manner.

She is very polite, willing to work, cooperative and has little necessary to keep walking. She is not ignorant. She does expect you to treat her with respect. But she won't buck or rear up. Phylou has previously competed in dressage at Z2 level with winning points. She is very good when it comes to brushing and she is patiently enjoying herself of attention, children can also brush her or take her for a walk.

She is free from (stable) defects. Fylou is not easily impressed: bicycle viaducts, railway bridge, umbrellas or large traffic do not impress her and after an initial shock (hesitates for a moment) she lets this slide easily. She also likes to go there forest and she clearly enjoys it in all gaits, this can be done in group or alone.

In short, a very nice and willing horse for both the rider who wants to further develop in the field of dressage or for a professional horsewoman. Trailer loading, farrier, vet, dentist & walker are all no problem for her.

In addition, she could also be suitable as a broodmare. She has a star/sports predicate from the KWPN.

Fylou has recently been clinically and radiologically approved (25-09-2023) Incl. back and neck. Without comments. K.k. is allowed to discuss inspections.
